This project is a rehabilitation of an historic boathouse dating from 1917, including envelope upgrades, historic window restoration, detailing of period replica components for restoration, rehabilitation of wood cladding, code and accessibility upgrades, and interior rehabilitations.

The goal of this project was to provide a heated, code-compliant and accessible building, with minimal change in appearance to the building’s exterior and minimal impact on the heritage value. Stefan was the Project Architect, Lead Designer, and Contract Administrator.
