Architect of Record: GRC Architects

This historic boathouse required modern upgrades to become heated, code-compliant, and accessible while retaining its heritage value. At GRC Architects, Stefan acted as architect, lead designer and contract administrator for this project. Work included overseeing envelope upgrades, historic window restoration, detailing of period replica components for restoration as well as wood cladding and interior rehabilitations.
